Bupivacaine cardiotoxicity is the right pop quiz, and the part that rarely makes it into the lecture is where the lipid emulsion physically lives in your building. I can tell you within a couple of seconds where that bag is in every room I work in, because the treatment only works if someone can find it while other people are running the code, and nobody learns that from a slide. The hour those two spent writing one note by hand is the same kind of learning. Slow, and it sticks.
